Doutes add Plymouth Sears location

Wisconsin Sears store owners Chuck and Polly Doute have purchased the Plymouth Sears Store from Sears Holding Company.

The Wisconsin residents took over the store on May 4. Chuck and Polly own Sears Dealer stores in Manitowoc, Marinette and Kiel. Chuck and Polly said they look forward to bringing their knowledge and experience of the Sears organization to Plymouth.

The Plymouth Sears store is located in the Plymouth Kmart. The store is on the west side, with a separate entrance next to the Kmart Lawn and Garden Center.

The Plymouth store will now offer Sears Commercial Parts, Sears Contractor Sales as well as Sears Service. The Plymouth Sears will be a drop off site for Lawn and Garden, Electronic, and Vacuum Repairs. In home service can be scheduled there as well for any make and model even if it was not purchased at Sears. Sears has over six million parts for all makes and models from appliances to vacuums that can be ordered here in Plymouth.

The Plymouth Sears Store offers something no other retailer can offer. As part of the Sears organization, it is the only store that carries all of the leading national brands of appliances including Kenmore, Maytag, Frigidaire, Whirlpool, Amana, General Electric, Bosch, Tappan and Kitchen Aid.

"By carrying all of the most popular brands of appliances we can provide customers with the opportunity to compare features, benefits and pricing on appliances without running from store to store," said Chuck.

Chuck and Polly are firm believers in single source responsibility and will ensure the customer service provided by the Plymouth Sears Store meets or exceeds the high standards set by their company CPD Holdings and Sears.

The Sears Dealer Store in the Plymouth Kmart is one of more than 770 stores located in small and mid-size communities across the nation. Each store is independently owned and operated, yet each receives the full support of Sears, one of the largest retailers in the nation.

The Sears Dealer Store is located in the Plymouth Kmart and operates seven days a week. Store hours effective immediately are Monday thru Saturday, 8 a.m.-10 p.m., and Sunday, 8 a.m.-10 p.m. The store can be reached at (920) 893-4900.
