Orion nominated for environmental award

MANITOWOC — Orion Energy Systems is among 36 Wisconsin companies nominated for a "Business Friend of the Environment Award," honoring leadership in pollution prevention, environmental innovation and stewardship. The awards are presented by the Wisconsin Environmental Working Group, an affiliate of Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce.

Winners will be honored during the 20th Annual Environmental Policy and Awards Conference in May. An independent panel of judges representing industry, an environmental group, the Department of Natural Resources, and academia select the winners.
