Riesterer Machine expands production area

ST. NAZIANZ — A.C.E. Building Service of Manitowoc has broken ground at Riesterer Machine for a new 3,750-square-foot Butler Building expansion at the global manufacturer.

The new space will house production and an assembly area for Riesterer's custom-made machinery, which they provide to industrial clients throughout the world. Completion is scheduled for May.

A.C.E. Building Service also is working on a freezer project for a Random Lake plant owned by Lakeside Foods. A.C.E. will be replacing the freezer box on an existing individual quick freezer ( IQF). This is the second freezer box that A.C.E. has replaced for Lakeside Foods Random Lake.

The project requires a one-of-a-kind, custom engineered design for the facility, which produces frozen peas and corn, to flash-freeze the vegetables at a temperature as low as 35 degrees below zero.
