Jim Reif Builders wins 2 builder awards

FRANCIS CREEK — Jim Reif Builders captured two awards at the Wisconsin Builders Association's annual convention in February.

Reif won both the "Room Additions over $75,000" and "Finished Basement" categories.

Reif's room additions project required building a second story to an existing three-car garage. The owners wanted to add an art studio, gallery and library-office to the new space.

The finished basements remodel involved the creation of an "adult playground," including a media room, refreshment-bar area complete with a soft-serve ice cream and cappuccino station, fitness room, recipe room and billiards room.
