Companies saluted for safety by state council

MADISON — The Wisconsin Safety Council and the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development have nominated 135 companies as finalists to receive one of only 17 Wisconsin Corporate Safety Awards.
Among the nominees were Federal-Mogul and McMullen & Pitz Construction.
The WSC is dedicated to making Wisconsin a safe and healthy place to live and work. It promotes safety and health programs, resource services, and educational materials for community outreach.
